"The Purest and Most Thoughtful Minds . . .

. . . are those which love colour the most." John Ruskin

A feat of painstaking endurance resulted in this fine little colour card.

Printed from a single plate, black went on first and the plate was moved into position for each colour thereafter.
Challenges included board warping due to so many press passes, but a bit of t.l.c. set it right in the end.

You almost feel you could dip your finger deep down into the ink splat.
Our printer's devil is, of course, responsible for the 'e' which mysteriously crept into one of the colour names.
